Position Description:

In this role you will be working on Oracle Cloud computing and enterprise architecture. You must have experience in multiple full cycle implementation and understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM modules. Experience in Finance and Supply Chain is also preferred for this role. This role requires that you be technically curious with a strong desire to understand how things are built and work. This role also requires a forward-thinking openness to new technologies and approaches while remaining vigilantly focused on regulatory strength and maximum availability.
 

Location: Toronto, CA or Henderson, USA
 

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Technical Discovery sessions gathering current state information, challenges, business objectives and key business drivers with the multiple stakeholders
  • Produce future state cloud architectures including logical diagrams, solution descriptions and business case
  • Lead projects within architecture. Work with Product Owner/Business Analysts to understand functional requirements and interact with other cross-functional teams to architect, design, develop, test, and release features
  • Engage with Technical Architects and technical staff to determine the most appropriate technical strategy and designs to meet business needs.
  • Responsible for evaluating customizations and decide on the best fit test scenarios.
  • Evaluate Monthly patch documentation from Oracle and identify at risk scenarios to test the impacted HCM Cloud solution.
  • Supporting the creation of test strategies and plans for the design.
  • Develop and execute functional test cases for HCM Cloud module functionality.
  • Coordinate and monitor activities of the testing training trackCapture and document functional requirements via interviews or workshops; 
  • Liaise with the development team (on-shore or off-shore) to communicate requirements and follow-up progress; 
  • Organize, execute and supervise integration and user acceptance tests;
  • Provide production support and full solution handover to the client or delivery/application maintenance centers; 
 
 
 
 
  • Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience
  • Deep understanding of cloud architecture principles including SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, SDLC environments, multi-tenancy, security, monitoring and management, multi-tiered infrastructure, databases, integration, mobile and application servers etc.
  • Candidate should be a senior Oracle HCM CLOUD expert with prior experience implementing, configuring, and testing Global HCM, Talent Management suite. Experience with Payroll, Benefits and Self-Service HCM and Supply Chain is preferred. Must have at least one end to end implementation experience
  • Experience required with one or more of the following HR processes: HCM Core/Workforce Administration, Benefits Management, Absence Management, Talent Management (Performance Management, Goal Management, Talent Review) Compensation Management
  • Additional experience will include – Finance and Supply Chain experience
  • Ability to travel 50%
