GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities include: The successful candidate will perform all duties of underground surveying along with engineering and geotechnical tasks. Other duties as assigned.
SELECTION CRITERIA
BASIC REQUIREMENTS: To be considered for this job, applicants must meet these basic requirements:
• Relevant surveying experience in an underground and surface mining environment required
• Ability to use survey software, Vulcan, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office required
• Proven safe work record required
• Engineering technician experience preferred
• Walk on uneven ground in all weather conditions required
• Good math and computer skills required
• Team player, leadership and good interpersonal skills required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required
